Offering a range of classes and treatments from yoga and pilates to reiki, reflexology, massage and chiropractic and much more, Verve is a place in which to find peace and calm and take care of your wellbeing in a beautifully designed, purpose built space.

A WORD FROM KATIE FEROLA, INTERIOR DESIGNER

Katie has worked on a number of projects transforming Bedford Heights over a five year period. It was her aim that employees should have a beautiful environment in which to work. Some of the areas she has transformed include our inviting Graze café to enjoy breakfast, lunches and afternoon teas, as well as a comfortable bright and colourful lounge to meet, greet or simply relax. Our co working space offers a fun and creative area in which to work, and not forgetting Bedford Heights’ state of the art reception area to name but a few of her creations.

INSPIRATION FOR THE VERVE WELLNESS STUDIO

Katie’s vision though was to also include a wellness space in the workplace for all employees to benefit from. The idea being employees can save time by having an onsite service to go to should they wish. She feels people spending long periods sitting at desks, with eye strain from computer screens, eating badly in between meetings, incorrect posture, back strain and so on is not conducive to physical or mental wellbeing.

In the Verve Wellness Studio she hopes people can go and book themselves in for half an hour or an hour to enjoy the different therapies and classes on offer. Helping to ease the stresses of everyday life and bring some balance and calm to both body and mind.

As the project evolved and wellness practitioners agreed to come on board, Katie teamed up with Lindsay Ephgrave, Verve’s PR and Marketing Consultant, whose help has been invaluable and made working together a joy.

Yoga & Dance

Lauren Aimee Yoga & Dance classes are open to all, encouraging participants to dig deep into movement and exploring the realms of moving unconsciously by combining knowledge from Yoga, dance and other somatic practices.

CHARLOTTE BALLARD | BARRE | YOGA

Charlie teaches the Barre Method at the Verve Wellness Studio.

The method sculpts the entire body with isometric movements by using your own body weight and various exercise equipment.

Charlie also teaches vinyasa yoga, which she combines in the barre class to stretch the muscles and connect with the breath. You’ll experience a full body workout infused with yoga stretches and a relaxation at the end of class. It’s a holistic approach to working out.

JULIA KRAJNAKOVA | JULIA K YOGA

Mindfulness Yoga Teacher

Julia teaches slow, strong healing hatha, yin and restorative yoga. Focuses attention on alignments, breathing techniques and deep rest to enhance your practice. Julia uses yoga props to keep anatomical integrity in the posture and guides students throughout the practice to create space in the body, space in the mind and more space to evolve. Prepare to feel realigned, reenergised and refreshed.

ROSANNA HARDING | PEACE THRU YOGA

Rosanna offers vinyasa yoga at Verve Wellness Studio. The smooth flow of vinyasa helps move the body in time with your breath, helping you to let go of your busy day by taking the time to work through the body with focus and strength. Rosanna also offers bespoke workshops and retreats throughout the year.

JANE | WILD EARTH YOGA

Jane teaches a variation of yoga including hatha, vinyasa, yin and restorative. Jane loves nothing more than seeing her students all blissed out and peaceful as they come round at the end of Savasana (relaxation).

KEZIAH | CORE FORM PILATES

Keziah is our only Pilates instructor here at Verve offering something new to our studio timetable. Regular Pilates practice is known to help improve posture and balance and can also help work on muscle tone and mobility. It’s the perfect class to help relieve stress and tension on a busy day or week.
