YOGA WITH JULIA K YOGA

Julia teaches slow, strong healing hatha, yin and restorative yoga. Focuses attention on alignments, breathing techniques and deep rest to enhance your practice.

Julia uses yoga props to keep anatomical integrity in the posture and guides students throughout the practice to create space in the body, space in the mind and more space to evolve. Prepare to feel realigned, reenergised and refreshed.
